Mushrooms grown on horse manure based substrate are grown faster, larger, stronger and have fuller flavours. After injection with spore solution. The cake will colonise at the bottom layer at a fast pace (brown rice flour layer) and the mycelium will then grow up into the top layer (horse manure layer). break/mix and recolonise until ready to fruit.
