We have been successfully shipping out products around the world for some years now.
- All orders are proceed within 48 hours after we have sent you a confirmation, any delay that may be cause we will get in touch with you directly to inform.

- All orders are packed and shipped discreetly with only the obligatory information such as shipping and return address on the outside.
- All orders are sent with tracking number.

- We have removed all paperwork from the shipments, please find your checklist/receipts via email.

- Estimated shipping time for UK 7-12 days depending on postal flows.

- Estimated shipping time for Europe is between 2-4 weeks depending on postal flows.

- Estimated shipping time for rest of the world is between 2-6 weeks depending on postal flows.

- Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives with you and open a case with us if need be.

- We cannot accept returns for contaminated grows as this is beyond our control.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- Please note any returns that are not due to items condition or damage, will be at the buyers cost.

- All items must be returned in the same condition they were to claim refund.

Nirmaata started in UK. Now we have expanded our own unique plantations and laboratory in Australia and south east Asia. 

- We offer worldwide shipping for most our products.

- Live plants and plant cuttings are currently available in UK. 

 *If you wish to order to your country it is at your own risk, we cannot accept refund or return.

- Please note we cannot ship live plants and  to or within New Zealand and Australia. Due to the countries specific restrictions.
